Our co-founder, Andrea Garbarini’s most recent documentary will have its Westchester debut at the Jacob Burns Film Center on Monday, March 31st! 

In a time when the basic human rights of immigrants are under threat, The Arrivals is especially timely. The film captures the journey of asylum seekers sent to New York City from the Texas border and highlights the efforts of volunteers who provided essential support to people seeking safety and security in the US.       

The film is presented by Neighbors Link, Films on Purpose and the Jacob Burns Film Center as part of the Community Matters film series. All tickets include the film screening, post-film panel discussion and reception. During the panel discussion, we will talk about how community members can work to defend and protect the rights of immigrants.
